However, our specialists have learned to analyse specific muscle movement and energy systems linked to your athletic discipline and will know exactly how to evaluate the physical condition of your athletes according to your needs.

Calculated follow-up: guaranteed results

       GOT SKILLS highly recommends that re-evaluation at precise times during the calendar year is imperative in retaining your athlete's peak physical condition : the month following your playing season, every three months during your off-season and finally right before the official start of your playing campaign (generally during training-camp or team selections).

          This periodical protocol is aimed at keeping an eye on the overall progression of every individual athlete, which in turn helps both our team and your staff establish every player's work ethic and his or her personal advancement towards overall team betterment.  With the growing competitiveness of today's amateur sports, having our team in your corner is an important asset to acquiring success and attaining your team goals.

 

Height, weight, resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, medical history, fat %, body periphery, skeletal and muscular exams (strength, power, endurance  - specifically measured for your sport), functional evaluation, postural evaluation, linear speed, specific speed, vertical and horizontal leap, VO2 max (cardiovascular aptitude test - varies according to your respective sport) and other evaluation protocols available upon request.

Your athletes have the responsibility of making  individual appointments in our clinic for their respective evaluations. Every athlete benefits from a two week trial period with us, letting our team really get to know and understand every player.
